The Two-Week Emergency Pantry Checklist (Water Included)
No-cook and low-cook foods, water math, and the small gear that turns supplies into meals.
An emergency pantry is the everyday pantry with a little extra depth, plus water to go with it.
Water first
One gallon per person per day, for 14 days. Add more if you're storing lots of rice, beans or pasta that need cooking water.
